This policy explains how AI Voice Cleaner handles information when you browse the site, create an account, process audio or video, purchase processing minutes, or contact support.

2. Information we handle

We may handle account details, billing references, technical logs, support messages, processing-job metadata, and media files you deliberately submit. Selecting a file for preview does not upload it; the original preview is created locally in your browser.

3. AI processing and storage

Noise cleanup runs locally in your browser without uploading audio. Account and job metadata, including file name, duration, options and usage, still reach our server for access and billing. Local results are not stored as downloadable cloud files; save them before closing the page.

Music removal and voice enhancement upload submitted media to configured storage and send it to LALAL.AI for vocals stem separation under its terms and privacy policies. Previously submitted jobs may still use fal.ai. The application requests deletion of its temporary storage inputs after processing; provider copies follow the provider's retention policies. Saved results are available to signed-in users for 30 days. Link expiry does not itself guarantee immediate physical deletion; storage lifecycle rules and provider policies also apply.

Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party recordings unless you have the necessary rights and consent.

4. Why we use information

We use information to provide accounts and audio processing, calculate usage, prevent abuse, complete payments, answer support requests, secure the service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support sessions, security, language, and consent choices. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only according to your consent where required.

6. Retention and security

Account, billing, and transaction records may be retained as required for operations, fraud prevention, and law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or storage system is completely secure.
