Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to processing-minute packs, subscriptions, and other digital services purchased through AI Voice Cleaner. Checkout terms and applicable law also apply.

2. Digital processing

Processing time used by completed jobs is generally not refundable, whether processing takes place locally or in the cloud. Reserved time is returned to the account balance after the server confirms a failed job. This is a usage-credit return, not a cash refund. During browser processing, closing the page or losing connectivity may prevent failure confirmation; contact support if a failed job remains charged.

3. Eligible requests

We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, verified unauthorized charges, material service failure, or purchases that were not accessed or used. Requests remain subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions

Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund the current period. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an externally managed subscription.

Use the account support center or email [email protected]. Include the purchase email, order reference, date, amount, and a concise explanation.
