Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern access to AI Voice Cleaner, including its website, accounts, audio processing, subscriptions, minute packs, downloads, and support services. By using the service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Noise cleanup runs in your browser using WebRTC WASM without uploading audio. Music removal and voice enhancement use third-party AI infrastructure including fal.ai. Features, models, file limits, prices, and included minutes may change as the product improves.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in files you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, transmit, transform, and process them only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You must have the rights and consent required to upload and process every recording.

4. AI result limitations

AI processing can remove words, change tone, leave artifacts, or fail to isolate a voice. Review every output before publication, evidence, accessibility, professional, medical, legal, or safety-critical use. We do not guarantee a specific level of quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Accounts, minutes, and payments

You are responsible for account security. One credit equals one second. Media duration is rounded to the nearest second, with half seconds rounded up and a minimum charge of one second. Time is reserved before processing, including browser noise cleanup. Reserved time is returned after the server confirms failure; closing the page or losing connectivity may prevent that confirmation. Contact support if a failed job remains charged. Subscriptions renew until canceled as stated at checkout; one-time time packs do not renew.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, privacy, consent, intellectual-property, or platform rules; impersonate or deceive people; distribute malware; bypass limits; or interfere with service security.

7. Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unlawful content, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time.
